ARCA Unlimited has been part of the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) team in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa since 2017 where, as the CI custodians, ARCA formed part of all the conceptual phasing of new retailers. JLR Mauritius was an exceptional project to be involved with as not only was it a beautiful setting, but the site itself presented a lot of challenges. ARCA worked closely with the local architectural and interior team to ensure all aspects of the corporate identity has been addressed and attended to in detail. JLR Mauritius turned out to be the flagship JLR retailer for the African market, encompassing pristine open showrooms, seamless transitioning between various customer engagement areas and a customer journey that is world class.
