This Eldo Lakes development consists of five apartment buildings; varying from six to thirty-four units per building. The development is part of a residential estate that consists of single-family residences, thus the design had to reflect the existing atmosphere of the estate, whilst catering to a variety of needs. The individual buildings are separated by ample green spaces, giving the impression that each building is situated in its own park. The design is divided into smaller sections; creating a fragmented arrangement that enhances a village-like atmosphere. It also strengthens individuality, as each unit has a unique appearance. This concept is taken further through the building finishes: the largest part of each building is finished in white with a distinct accent colour added to each. A selection of units, catering to various needs, is provided: from bachelor- to three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft units.
